Order Cancellation Policy
At Eurofed Performance, we work quickly to process and ship orders to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders cannot always be modified or canceled once placed.
Canceling an Order
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting us immediately at:
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Shipped Orders
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In this case, customers must follow our Return Policy once the item has been delivered and received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Automotive Performance Parts & Special Orders
Certain products including automotive performance parts may be:

Limited availability components
These orders begin processing immediately after purchase and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Special-order or supplier-ordered items may also be subject to restocking fees if eligible for return.
Pre-Orders
Products listed as Pre-Order are reserved specifically for the customer.
Pre-orders may not be canceled once production or supplier allocation has begun.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to manufacturer timelines and are not guaranteed.
Order Changes
We cannot guarantee modifications to:

once an order has been submitted.
Customers should review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Fraud Prevention
Eurofed Performance reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:

Refund Processing
If a cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
