Eurofed Performance – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Eurofed Performance is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately.

Some items, especially automotive performance parts, may ship:

  • Directly from manufacturers

  • From different warehouse locations

  • Via freight carriers

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Automotive & Oversized Parts Shipping

Certain automotive products may require:

  • Freight delivery

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Scheduled carrier appointments

Customers are responsible for being available to receive freight shipments when required.

Failure to accept delivery may result in additional shipping or restocking fees.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Eurofed Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

  • Carrier return fees

Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Eurofed Performance is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier service interruptions

If a shipment issue occurs, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure delivery locations.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may prevent claim approval.

Do not discard packaging materials until the claim process is completed.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local regulations and compliance

Eurofed Performance is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unpaid customs fees

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer refusal

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.


Pre-Orders & Special Order Items

Products marked as:

  • Pre-order

  • Special order

  • Built-to-order

May have extended processing and shipping times.

Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturer availability.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • Location

  • Carrier regulations

  • Product type

  • Local laws

Orders may be modified or canceled if shipping restrictions apply.
